Overall role goal
Align the resources available in Learning & Development strategy in each area of the company, helping to achieve the corporate goals, seeking greater efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring positive impact on business and ensuring ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide service on learning and development to the assigned company business units / areas
• Collaboration and Coordination with Global HR, acomplishing and enriching global L&D practices, policies and procedures
• Manage the L&D budget (around 500k)
• Support the othe HR areas
• Innovate in the planning and execution of L&D initiatives
• University degree, preferably with a postgraduate degree
• 10 years experience in HR (Training & Develpment and HR Generalist) in a multinational environment, exposed to best / innovative L&D practices
• 3 years of direct business or sales experience• Development, training and career planning
• Appraisal system management
• Techniques and media of training & development
• Excellent communication skills
• Innovation, entrepreneur spirit
• Ability to influence others to push the business forward
